RETURNS POLICY

We are unable to accept change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is deemed to have a major fault, including instances where you didn't enter the correct personalisation, don't like the colours chosen, print size is inappropriate.

If you are unsure of how to order pleas contact us and we can assist with your order to ensure it looks how you need it to. 

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

• A product is received faulty
• A product is lost in the mail

You must submit your return request within 30 days of placing your order.
