Our signature faceless illustration style keeps the artwork timeless and refined, with soft neutral backgrounds and colours taken naturally from your original photograph unless you request otherwise. You’ll receive a digital proof of your finished artwork before printing, giving you the opportunity to make sure it’s exactly right. Every illustration is individually created from your photograph, turning an everyday moment into something worth keeping.

ABOUT OUR ILLUSTRATIONS

Your final illustration will be sent to you as a high quality PNG file.
Please note that if your image includes any complex clothing eg. Florals/patterns I will use a block colour only, the style of the artwork does not allow for complex details. All illustrations are completed without backgrounds as only people in the images are drawn. All illustrations are faceless.
THE DETAILS
Print Type
We offer 3 options of each design
Digital Copy which is emailed to you to print however you’d like.
Art Paper which is 220 gsm glossy paper, and comes to you unframed.
Framed Prints which are printed on art paper and framed using our FSC certified frames.
Sizing
Our Digital prints can be printed as 6x4”, 5x7”, A4 or A3. Our digital prints can not be printed larger than A3 size without guaranteeing a loss of print quality.
NEED A SIZE NOT LISTED HERE?
We can customise your digital prints to fit an existing frame or re-size
your print into a square layout. Please leave a note on your order listing the size you need or contact us after you place your order to discuss (Please include your order number)
Our Unframed Prints are available in A4 or A3 sizes only. Please note that all unframed prints come with a 5mm border around the print. This will not show on correctly fitted frame.
FRAMES SIZES
Our frames measure 3-4cm deep and measure as per the below exterior sizes.
SMALL FRAME: 15cm x 20cm
MEDIUM FRAME: 23cm x 32cm
LARGE FRAME: 32cm x 42cm
WILL THEY FIT A FRAME BOUGHT ELSEWHERE?
Our prints have been designed to fit most standard empty frames. Please ensure you correctly measure the size of the frame and if you want a white border you select the correct size.
We strongly recommend you use a moisture resistant tape/adhesive to attach the print to the MDF board to stop any moisture from entering the frame. If moisture is present in your frame the artwork may crinkle or the ink may run.
Quality
All designs are created in our Melbourne studio. Your orders are manually personalised and commercially printed using high grade anti-fade inks, framed by hand and shipped directly to you or your loved ones.
Unframed Prints – Art Paper
We use a commercial grade art paper with a gloss finish. Each design is printed locally, using anti fade inks to make sure your print will last as long as possible.
Framed Print
Our framed prints are manually
personalised, commercially printed on our high quality art paper and framed by hand. Our frames are made from sustainably sourced timber and are available in an Oak, White, Walnut or Black finish. Each frame is fitted with optical grade Perspex, which is lightweight, durable and provides a better quality finish than glass. Our Perspex also offers 94% UV resistance which ensure your prints will remain vibrant in colour!
Shipping
We offer FREE delivery for all Australian orders, and FREE express delivery for all orders over $100.
Dispatch may take between 1-3 business days. During sale period this may be slightly extended.

FAQs
How long does it take?
Our Illustrations are reading within 1-2 days. We only have a certain capacity each month so we recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out!
Can you merge two photos together?
Yes! Please send us a DM or email before placing your order to confirm suitability. It’s important that both photos have similar angles, lighting and cropping!
I’ve placed my order where do I send my photo?
Upload your image when placing your order, or once you’ve placed your order please send the photo you want illustrated to hello@createdbyzoe.com with your order number!
Can I make changes after?
I allow unlimited changes as I want you to truly love your illustration. To avoid delays and disappointment I recommend providing as much detail as possible on your order so we can get it right the first time!
